Terms and Conditions

By using GrowSite.md services, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before placing an order.
Our services
GrowSite.md designs, hosts, and improves business websites on a monthly subscription basis. The services included in each plan are described on the pricing page and in the individual offer accepted by the client.
Subscriptions and payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly, in advance. The initial setup fee is a one-time payment, separate from the monthly subscription. The setup fee is non-refundable once work has commenced. If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, GrowSite.md may suspend services with 3 days written notice until the outstanding balance is settled. Prices are in EUR. GrowSite.md may update plan prices with 30 days written notice.
Intellectual property
Source code, technical infrastructure, and components developed by GrowSite.md remain the property of GrowSite.md. The client owns their content (texts, images, logo, business data) and brand. Upon subscription termination, GrowSite.md delivers a full content export within 14 business days.
Content editing
Plans with unlimited content editing cover content updates and minor changes: texts, prices, images, contact information. New features, major structural changes, or third-party integrations are quoted separately.
Availability and support
GrowSite.md monitors uptime 24/7 and responds to incidents within 1 hour on business days. We do not guarantee 100% availability due to planned maintenance or third-party factors (hosting providers, DNS). Daily automated backups guarantee content recovery.
Cancellation
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. There are no long-term contracts. Upon termination, the client receives their content export; GrowSite.md may deactivate services after the notice period expires.
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for the legality of content published on their website, for obtaining necessary consents from visitors (cookies, forms), and for providing accurate information required to deliver the services.
Data processing
When GrowSite.md implements analytics and AI features on a client's website, it acts as a data processor under GDPR and applicable law. The client, as data controller, is responsible for informing their website visitors about behavioral tracking and obtaining necessary consents. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request.
Limitation of liability
GrowSite.md is not liable for loss of revenue or business opportunities caused by temporary website unavailability. GrowSite.md's total liability to the client shall not exceed the value of the subscription paid in the last 3 months.
