GrowSite.md respects the privacy of its visitors and clients. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Who we are
GrowSite.md is a web design and subscription service for businesses. You can reach us at [email protected] or on our website at growsite.md.
Data we collect
We collect the data you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and message when you submit a contact form or audit request. We do not collect payment information. Vercel Analytics collects anonymous usage statistics (pages visited, device type, country) without storing personal data.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to respond to your inquiries and to deliver the services you request. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties without your consent, except for the service providers listed below. The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where a service agreement exists, the performance of that contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Third-party services
We use Resend (resend.com) to deliver emails — messages submitted through our forms are processed by this platform. We use Vercel (vercel.com) for hosting and anonymous traffic analytics. Both providers are based in the United States. Transfers of personal data to the US are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission. Both providers comply with GDPR standards.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services or to comply with legal obligations. Data from contact requests that do not result in a contract is deleted within 2 years.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Send your request to [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

Our role as a data processor
When we provide analytics and AI optimization services on our clients' websites, we process behavioral data (page visits, clicks, sessions) of those websites' visitors on behalf of our clients. In this role, GrowSite.md acts as a data processor. Our clients are the data controllers and are responsible for informing their own visitors and obtaining any required consents. We process this data solely as instructed under the service agreement.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your theme preference (light or dark mode) is stored in your browser's localStorage and is never transmitted to our servers. Vercel Analytics collects anonymous, cookieless usage statistics and does not set tracking cookies.
